This policy describes how information submitted through loritylerphd.com is collected and used. This website is operated by Lori Tyler, PhD, a licensed psychologist and Certified Jungian Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona.

This site contains two voluntary submission forms:

• Contact form — collects your name, email address, and an optional message. Submitted when you choose to reach out directly.
• Dream Tending Group waitlist — collects your email address only. Submitted when you choose to be notified when the group forms.

Submission through either form is entirely voluntary. No information is collected if you do not submit a form.

How Your Information Is Used

Information submitted through this site is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or schedule an initial consultation
• Notify you when the Dream Tending Group is forming

Form Processing

Contact and waitlist forms on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to Dr. Tyler by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle submitted data and is available at formspree.io.

Important Notice Regarding Clinical Privacy

This website and its contact forms are not a secure clinical communication channel and should not be used to transmit protected health information (PHI). Submitting a contact form does not establish a therapist-client relationship and is not protected by HIPAA or psychotherapist-patient privilege.

If you are an existing client, please communicate through the channels established at the start of your treatment.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics services, advertising trackers, or any form of behavioral tracking. No data about your visit is stored or shared.

Data Retention

Information submitted through the contact form is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Waitlist emails are retained until the Dream Tending Group forms and participants are notified, after which they are deleted.
